Built for martial arts gyms first
Most gym software treats a member as a subscription. That works for a treadmill gym. It does not describe a white belt with two stripes who trains adult BJJ and Muay Thai, whose kid is on a youth plan, and whose rank came from a gym two states away.
Belt ranks by discipline. Dated stripes. Youth and adult programs priced separately. Family plans that know which member each price applies to. These were built first, not bolted on.
The pilot is small on purpose
One gym is live today. The next few get direct access to the person building this — features you need get built, problems you hit get fixed the same week.
That access is the trade. It stops being available once there are enough gyms that it can't be.
