What it does today, and what it doesn't yet.
This page is split on purpose. The first list is what is built and running. The rest is what is being completed or built now. If something you need is further down, that is worth knowing before you sign up — and worth telling us, because the pilot decides what gets built next.
Working now
Members
Add a member and put them on a plan. Your plan catalogue — prices, billing cycles, what each plan includes — is yours to set up and change.
The member’s profile belongs to the member. Your gym sees the information they have agreed to share with you.
Ranks
Belts by discipline. Every stripe is dated and recorded by the instructor who awarded it. A member who trains BJJ and Muay Thai carries a rank in each, and the history stays with them.
Communication
Private messages between your staff and a member. Notifications when something needs someone’s attention. A community board for your gym, with your own guidelines.
Built, being completed
These exist and have been tested, but are not ready for live use yet. They are listed separately so you know exactly where they stand.
Billing on your own payment account
Recurring billing runs on your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record; the money goes to your bank, not through ours. Failed payments are retried automatically, and payments show on a dashboard by your own revenue categories. Live payments are not switched on yet.
Door access
Door access tied to membership state, through Kisi. When a membership lapses, access is revoked. It has opened a real door end to end and is being completed before it runs a gym’s door unattended.
Waivers and documents
Upload your own waiver and terms and have new members sign them, with the signed record kept. The screens are built; the full sign-up flow is still being verified end to end.
Still being built
Named here so nothing surprises you later. None of these are available yet.
- Family and group memberships — one payer for a household, youth pricing, adults paying separately on a shared plan. The pricing rules exist; the full workflow does not yet.
- Cancellation — your cancellation policy, notice periods, and member-initiated cancellation.
- Class schedule and private sessions — classes, bookings, attendance, and personal training where a member’s sessions are visible only to the people who need to see them.
- Importing your current members and rank history — from the system you use now.
- Card surcharge disclosure and account credit
The pilot shapes what gets built next.
